I want to give a huge shout-out to Shawn Bell at Lowe's in Fort Smith! Outstanding customer service like his is hard to find these days. I came in needing parts to change the socket on my generator, and as a woman who doesn't know much about electrical repairs, I definitely needed some guidance. Shawn was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful from the moment he started helping me. He never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for asking questions. Instead, he took the time to carefully walk me through everything and made absolutely sure I had every part I needed before I left. What impressed me the most was that he genuinely cared about getting it right. He double-checked everything to make sure I wouldn't end up making another trip because of the wrong parts. That level of dedication and attention to detail is rare. Shawn is a true gentleman and an incredible asset to Lowe's. If every employee provided customer service like he does, shopping would always be a pleasure. Thank you, Shawn, for your patience, professionalism, and kindness. You turned what could have been a stressful experience into a great one. Five stars isn't enough—you absolutely deserve them all!

Very disappointed with my experience at Lowe’s. I purchased 50 bags of mulch and was given a pallet that was 16 bags short. After realizing the shortage, I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Adam, expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was told there was nothing the store could do. The missing mulch was worth less than $30, so this isn’t really about the money—it’s about accountability and customer service. Mistakes happen, but how a company responds says everything about its values. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of effort to make things right. Lowe’s had an opportunity to show integrity and prioritize customer satisfaction, but instead chose indifference. Based on this experience, I question whether this store truly values its customers.

I went to the store earlier today and I found a hanging basket on the clearance rack. I did not see the clearance price or the percentage discount of the plant on the rack, either my friend did. We went to the self checkout to pay out and I told the worker who was out in front and explain to her that there wasn't a clearance price or percentage and she got an attitude with me because of it. An attitude! Instead of listening to ME, after I've explained there wasn't a price, she just continued complaining and was irrated because if it. Like it was my fault. Never in my life my life I've experienced an ugly, ugly service and personality at Lowes. She should not be in the front with that attitude. Disappointed

I'm doing a delivery driver. I walk in. They greet all the white customers and they ignore me. I go to get the order registered. 10 minutes later nothing is said. After 10 minutes of them saying nothing to me and I'm watching them greet all the other customers and they ain't say a word to me. They send me over to the Garden center. Because it's only two bags of soil that I've been waiting 15 minutes for. Then I go up to the next clerk in the garden center and asked him where is the order it's been 10-15 minutes. She wants to start arguing with me saying I have attitude. No I watched all these white customers get greeted at the door and me being a black person nothing was said to me but as soon as they think I'm out of line they want to start calling for management when they should have gave me my soil. And another thing. Intentional discrimination is a government crime. I already proved intention discrimination by your workers.

Waited for over 30 minutes for assistance in the shower department. 1 assistance said it's not her department and walked away. Another said he would call someone. No one showed up. I'm better off shopping at Amazon, I can get better service there.
